We are delighted that you have decided to buy a TRI-FIT product and thank you for your business, however, we understand that sometimes the products aren't quite right for whatever reason. If this is the case please follow the instructions below and we will try to help in the best possible way.
Please find below our TRI-FIT Return, Refund, and Exchange policy, along with instructions on how to request a return at the bottom of the page.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since delivery of your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The best form of this is to print your purchase confirmation email and the include it with your return.
There are certain situations where refunds and exchanges are not granted.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- The item has been used or unwashed.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- The item was sold in a sale
Once you have requested a return, the return has been approved, and the returned item is received and inspected, we will approval or decline your refund based on our return and refund policy.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive an automatically generated email once the refund is processed. If you are declined we will notify you via email and give reasons for the decline. Any refund will be minus the original shipping cost.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, or payment provider, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us after 10 working days have elapsed at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your order for the same item due to it arriving damaged or defective please make a note of this in your return request.
Items may be exchanged within 30 days if they are the wrong size. If your item is the wrong size please request a return immediately. In the note section of the return request let us know what size you wish to exchange for. The item must be returned to us in an unused, unwashed condition and in the original packaging with a print out of your order confirmation email inside. Once we receive the item and have inspected it, we will then be able to send the correct size if your exchange has been approved. If you exchange is declined we will contact you via email with the reason for the decline. All return shipping is at the customers expense.
TRI-FIT is based in the UK. Returns can only be sent to the UK office. Please use the return request function in your account by following the instruction at the bottom of this page to inform us of your return. Shipping costs are at the customers expense. We cannot accept returns due to objections with customs charges and orders cannot be returned to sender.
To return your product, you should first use our return request form in your account to request a return, once approved, mail your product to: TRI-FIT Athletic, 4 Deighton Drive, Wetherby, West Yorkshire, England, LS22 7AE.
If your return request is declined please do not send you item back to TRI-FIT as you will not receive a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to submit a Return Request
- Click on the word Account in the top right corner of the TRI-FIT website header, or click HERE to access the account login page.
- In the Email field, enter your email address, then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from TRI-FIT and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you wish to submit the return request for.
- If you order has more than one item, the select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for us. Include details of why you wish to return the item and details of any exchange you wish to make.
- Click Request Return.
If your request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item. If your request is declined you will receive an email with information on why it was declined.
